Shipping

We pack your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and dispatched from Tuesday to Friday. We do not dispatch on Mondays or at weekends.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details if these are available for your chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country. After dispatch, allow approximately:

Other EU countries	2–5 working days

These delivery times are estimates. Carriers may take longer during holidays and busy periods.

Shipping costs

Available delivery methods and their costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically when your order meets the relevant conditions.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order is taking longer than expected, check the tracking details first. If you cannot resolve it or your parcel appears to be missing, contact info@rebelstudio.nl. We will be happy to investigate.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and preferably a few photos so we can resolve it.
