Returns

Not quite what you were looking for? No problem. At Rebel Studio, you have 30 days after receipt to return your order.

Fabric cut from the roll for your order and sale items can also be returned.

You may inspect and assess a product. Please handle it with care. Fabric that has been washed or cut further, an applied transfer or another product that has been processed or used cannot be accepted as unused. If use has reduced a product’s value, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

Request your return through your Rebel Studio customer account. Open the relevant order and select the items you wish to return. You will receive further instructions.

Return postage is at your own expense.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, submit a cancellation request through your customer account.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can request a return through your account after receipt.

Damaged or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, contact info@rebelstudio.nl. Include your order number and, for damage or a product fault, preferably a photo. We will resolve it with you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Would you prefer another product, colour or size? Return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

At Rebel Studio, we give you longer: products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal electronically through your customer account. You may also notify us through another clear statement, for example by email to info@rebelstudio.nl.

After exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the products back. You are responsible for the direct return costs.

Refunds

We process returns as quickly as possible after receipt. The amount paid for returned products is refunded through the same payment method used for the order.

If you withdraw from the entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, we also refund the original standard delivery costs. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs are not refunded.

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
