These terms refer to Jema Works B.V., trading as Rebel Studio, as Rebel Studio. A consumer placing an order is referred to as the customer.

These terms apply to orders placed by consumers with Rebel Studio.
The terms are made available before an order is placed and can be saved by the customer.
The mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer also apply to the agreement. These terms do not limit those statutory rights.
If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law remains applicable and the other provisions remain in force.

Rebel Studio aims to describe products as fully and accurately as possible.
Screen settings and photography may cause colours to differ slightly from the actual colours.
Fabrics and other textile products may naturally vary slightly in colour, texture, weight, width and print placement.
The composition, dimensions, sales unit and other specifications stated on the product page form part of the offer.
Obvious errors in prices, descriptions or other information do not bind Rebel Studio where the customer should reasonably have recognised the error.

Before completing an order, the customer can check the order and their details and make corrections where necessary.
The agreement is formed after the customer places the order and Rebel Studio confirms it electronically.
The customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.
Rebel Studio may refuse or cancel an order for a justified reason, for example if a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable. Amounts already paid for undelivered products will be refunded.

Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery costs and other additional charges are clearly shown before the order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
The customer pays using the selected payment method.

Rebel Studio delivers to the countries available as shipping destinations at checkout.
Current processing times, delivery options and delivery costs are stated in the webshop.
Rebel Studio delivers within the agreed period. Where no specific period has been agreed, the statutory delivery periods and consumer rights apply.
The customer is informed if delivery is delayed or a product cannot be delivered.
Rebel Studio bears the risk of loss or damage during transport until the order is received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
At Rebel Studio, products may be returned within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy.
Fabric cut from the roll to the length ordered and sale items may also be returned.
The customer may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal through the webshop’s electronic returns and withdrawal facility, by email or through another unambiguous statement.
Following a statutory withdrawal notification, the customer has 14 days to return the products.
The customer is responsible for the direct return costs. This is also stated in the webshop before ordering.
The customer may inspect and assess a product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. For use beyond this, Rebel Studio may charge for any reduction in value.
Products already processed, such as washed or further-cut fabrics and applied transfers, may have lost all or part of their value.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products legally excluded from that right. Any such exclusion is clearly stated with the relevant product before purchase.

For a valid withdrawal, Rebel Studio refunds the amounts received for the returned products.
If the entire order is withdrawn within the statutory period, the original cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered is also refunded.
Additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded.
For partial returns, the original delivery costs are not refunded.
For statutory withdrawal, Rebel Studio refunds within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. We may wait until the products are received or the customer provides evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
The same payment method used for the order is used for the refund unless otherwise agreed. The customer is not charged a fee for this.

Rebel Studio guarantees that delivered products comply with the agreement and applicable statutory requirements.
The customer always retains the statutory rights applicable when a product does not comply with the agreement.
For an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact info@rebelstudio.nl.
Where Rebel Studio is legally responsible for the defect, we provide a remedy at no cost to the consumer in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Any commercial warranty does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.

Complaints can be submitted to info@rebelstudio.nl.
Please include the order number and a clear description. For damage or a product fault, a photo can help us assess the complaint faster.
Rebel Studio aims to respond as quickly as possible and within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer is informed within that period.
The parties first try to resolve a dispute together.

Rebel Studio processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available in the webshop.

Dutch law applies to agreements with Rebel Studio.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer living in another country of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer law applicable to that consumer.
Disputes may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction under the law.

Rebel Studio may amend these terms. The version available when the order was placed applies to that order.
